We are committed to holistically supporting the work of creatives particularly artists of color and those in the LGBTQ+. We’re a rural retreat located on our 90 acre establishing flower + fiber farm. On the farm we invite creators to practice the art of rest. We host in depth workshops and create collaborative projects with visual artists, musicians, writers, and thinkers. Making time to get inspired and relax in a safe restorative environment
Our signature program Open AiR retreat invites a mixed group of seven artists working in textiles, music, writing, or drawing to High Pasture to rest, and rejuvenate. During the retreat encourage guests to practice the art of rest. Artists have access to the music studio and recording equipment as well as the textile studio, walking trails, the nearby lakes and various Vermont maple delights. As a self catered affair we keep a well stocked kitchen for guest to enjoy during their stay.

Our intimate retreat space is located in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. Situated on 90 acres of unceded Abenaki land surrounded by over 300 acres of conserved dairy farm land.
Textiles
Our textie studio specializes in education and creating woven textiles, quilts, home accessories, small furnishings, and custom designs for exhibition + commission using natural dyes for coloring our material to create weavings, sewn work, knits and crocheted objects .
We invite artists and creators to come work collaboratively or independently to produce fine art + experimental works. Enjoy our immersive textile arts studio featuring a sewing and knitting machines, looms, hand knitting and crochet supplies, and dye supplies. Check out our upcoming retreats + workshops.
Music
Our recording space specializes in lo-fi music recording, music education, vinyl + digital DJing as well as music production for commission and wide release.
We invite musicians, artists, and creators to come work collaboratively or independently to produce musical and experimental sound works. Enjoy our vinyl library and immersive music space featuring a drum kit, Mellotron keyboard, guitars, basses, and aux percussion options.
